”Checkin was great, staff here is fantastic, the breakfast was cooked to order and perfect for a quick bite, the room was very clean as the rest of the villa, you get to share the living room with other tenants on your floor….the only bad things were the bathroom should have a screen so mosquito can’t get in and the room could use a fresh coat of paint on the wall due to paint be chip off from the head boards of the bed and some foot smudges, the pillows and bed sheets are very clean, got a great...

”We booked 3 rooms at this hotel. All the rooms were old and dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Mold and mildew every where. Ceiling over the showers were peeling and flaking into the tub. The sleeping area was dark, musky odor, gnats, one room had a cockroach and my mother got freaked out and broke a glass then was charged $100,000dong. The pictures on website is a misrepresentation of the hotel. Hotel is old and dated. Only positive was the staff were super nice and helpful.”

”Tucked away from the noisy part of Hoi An, this is a very peaceful place. Beautiful old bonsai trees and a fish pond in the courtyard, which i had the view of during breakfast. Breakfast was made to order, so it was fresh and delicious. Staff were very kind and warm. ”

”Loved everything about this place, from the friendliest of staff to the great location and tranquility of the hotel. Excellent breakfast.Beatiful pool area. Rooms were lovely and immaculate. Stayed 3 nights as a couple and the only downfall was having to leave! Been to many hotels around the world and this one was up there with the best for charm and everything else you need to have a lovely time. ”

”Rooms are clean and well maintained. Be aware that the single rooms window face staircase and do not have much natural light. Bigger rooms with windows to the street are more spacious and bright ”

”This Hotel is one of my all time favourites. The location is perfect - a walking distance from the super touristy Old town. Owners are really friendly and the staff keeps your room always well cleaned. Room is also big enough to have exercise. Breakfast is buffet style and it’s totally western style. Wi-Fi is also working good and it handled streaming and Skype calls.”
