”All good ”

”The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

”The staff was AWESOME, they came everyday and asked if we needed anything. I will always come back to this OYO, the young lady at the desk was very friendly and very sweet, the lady that cleaned our room was also AWESOME and very sweet. Thank you for y’all kindness. I would give them 10 stars. Tammy”

”Never got my deposit back everytime I called they would hang up on me”

”The windows were broken. The room stunk. They need to update the floor in the lobby. It is very worn. The room was still dirty.”

”This was a stop on our trip to bring my grandson home to Colorado from Houston. Traveling with a new born can be exhausting, so I was worried that we wouldn't be able to get a room on the ground floor. When I explained our situation, the front desk agent found us a room on the first floor that was close to the entrance so we didn't have to haul all of our gear too far. We slept well, and got a fresh start on the second leg of our trip. Thank you!”

”Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was the usual standard, no dairy free options for milk or yogurt which would be too much to expect. Staff not available at checkout. All contact was at check in.”

”The young lady that helped me check in was so sweet and helpful. We had issues finding a parking spot and she helped me fix it. The lady that was putting the breakfast together was a jam, too. Every staff person we encountered was nice.”

”After a full day of traveling, we were grateful for the cheerful staff on checking in close to 11:00 pm. The hotel was quiet even though the packed parking lot indicated a full house. The beds were comfortable and getting a restful sleep rejuvenated our spirits as we hit the road for another full travel day.”

”Overall this was a nice place. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The sheets were pilled and a little thin. I prefer a nice cotton sheet. Otherwise, a nice property. ”

”Very old bathroom, lot of humidity, but for this price it's pretty good. Pet friendly, good location.”

”Showed pool when booked. Pool out of service and had been. Main reason book with Hampton is indoor pool. Towels for 2, booked 3 guests. Phone bedside dead and could not call down about towels or a/c. A/C in room would not cool properly dud not cool until early morning hours. No ice machine- Flooded onto carpet across from our room. Hall HOT from elevator to room.”

”The first room was not clean, had to move to another room, appeared to be clean. Water in shower lukewarm. One side of mattress had no support, I could not even lay on the side of the bed without rolling off, had to move to center and prop a pillow behind my back, the other side of mattress where my husband slept appeared to be fine. The AC unit sounded like jet planes taking off. The property said since they had to move us to another room, they had to charge us for the new room & they could...
