”Firstly, elevator was not working and we were on the top floor! Ice and vending machines only on first floor and not well stocked. Phone in room did not work, wifi was public and had to use personal hotspot to stream on TV. Bathroom was FILTHY, especially the toilet. The microwave was nasty and needed to be replaced. The carpet in the hallway outside our room was sticky. Three guests and only two towels were in room. No offer for credit or help carrying luggage up and down stairs. Any paint...

Even though the room was booked in advance, she told us that the room wasn’t available so she put us in another room.
