”This is my second and last time I’m staying here!!! When I visit they always place me to the back of the hotel, there no friendly I think there a bit racist !!! I misplace my key I Went to front desk for an new key they told me I need to pay 15$ for replacement of the key I told the front desk I don’t have 15$ for a key replacement he stated he can open my room door he don’t even ask for my ID I just given him my room number and he went and open my door!!!! ”Location, in the older downtown is a bit isolated -- not a really walkable area. Hotel's minimal breakfast: coffee, oranges, a few pastries, is especially constricting, given that there are no sit-down options for a bigger breakfast nearby.”

”The view was great, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was trash in the hallway, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and there was even a used towel left hanging from the previous guest.”

”I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.”

On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

”We real enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A couple of small quirks such as spotty internet and the bathroom door would not close but other than that we loved everything. Front desk staff was very helpful and the onsite restaurant Krazy Kats was great. My wife visited the Spa and said it was terrific.”

”Old. Needs. Updating. Chair in our room was disgusting. Rug should be replaced. Smelled musty. All staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Staff were the best part of this hotel. Area seemed safe.”

”Rooms were a little smaller than I expected but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good and all of the staff was so nice!”

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”Clean rooms but we had the people in the room next to us shouting at each other for a long time around 2am until I assume the police showed up? I didn’t want to open the door to check because it sounded like they were getting violent at one point so it didn’t feel safe”

”The property was well maintained. The staff friendly. The location was downtown so it was perfect. The only negative was there was no assistance with luggage. None available. In spite of that I would stay again.”
