”Had an amazing stay here. The hotel was spotless from the moment we walked in, and smelled incredible. The staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive during the entire stay. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and felt completely new. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

”The hotel oversold the rooms and apparently that means the hotel gets to pick and choose who they want to lie to. My room was supposed to be ready at 12, it wasn’t. I literally chose to come stay here because of the bar. Unfortunately I couldn’t see past the horrible front desk experience. I was hoping to like this place so that my family and friends would have a comfortable stay while in NYC. I will never stay here again or subject people that I love to this place. The room I was promised was...

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”

”Host was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and simple, exactly what I needed for this trip, and everything seemed clean and easy to navigate. There is an excellent pizza place down the street and the building wasn't far from the subway or from buses. Had a great experience and would stay again!”

”The room was clean but the balcony was disgusting, seeing dirty diapers along with many cigarettes out the window is crazy. For the price I was excepting it to much cleaner.”

”I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Toronto. The location was extremely central, walking distance to the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, the CNE, and the Convention Centre. There were also tons of restaurants in the same building and all around the block. The hotel was very clean, but the best part was definitely the comfortable furniture and mattresses. Everything felt high quality and relaxing. The service was amazing overall and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend...
