”The nicest staff ever! Location is super convenient to two bus stops. It's loud at night until 11/12, but that's to be expected, so bring earplugs if noise bothers you. ”
”Ein gemütliches Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Sehr netter Empfang mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Balkon ist sehr angenehm. Cafemaschine auf dem Gang ist eine nette Option für Zwischendurch. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack ein wenig zu hart. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, dafür gibt es von allem etwas: Brot, Müsli, frische Eierspeisen, Yogurt, Käse, Schinken etc. Morgenzeitung top.

”Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building. ”
”We hiked Stoos and this was a great location. All the trail signs in the nearby hills were so lovely. Pricey to eat here, but that is all of Switzerland. A great stop! ”

”What a great experience. Hotel is amazing and service is excellent. Spa with all different saunas is really good. You can swim at the lake on 15 C degrees water. There is even a Mini sauna just 3 m from the swimming point. View from room to lake is something what is difficult to explain. Highly recommended. Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
”I had a super stay at hotel Nidwaldnerhof. It was only few minutes away from the harbour where you can take a boat to Luzern and mount Rigi. Mountain and lake view from the hotel room is just amazing. Food at the hotel is also very good.”

”An incredibly charming, and a well maintained historic hotel. Staff was really nice, and the breakfast (with that view) was something I looked forward to everyday. Also its location is ideal; it's right next to the Riggi train, the ferry stop and the bus stop. How perfect is that?! Got the most stunning pictures right from my room's shared balcony, morning, evening and even nighttime! Easy access to pretty much all tourist hotspots all around Lake Lucerne and other places.

"We had a private room with double bed. There was not much room to move around in the room, but we knew that since it is an old prison cell. Friendly staff. A fan in the room helped with the heat. We had our window open too, but that let in the noise from the people talking loud in the garden area at night. (Maybe a sign out there that mentions quite time at night?) The location is good and otherwise calm. No common kitchen area, but they let us store our few food items in the staff fridge."
"Very sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! "
