”The hotel appeared to look clean. However, upon arriving there were large crackers/chips in the floor by the air unit in the room. Additionally, one of the elevators had what appeared to be puke/stool. The front desk attendant was notified and 4 hours later it was still not cleaned. The next morning it was wiped up but not cleaned and the 3rd flood had the same puke/stool on the floors outside of the elevator for 3 days. The room provided 2 towels for 2 adults & 1 child and when asked for more...

”We did not use the pool. Breakfast was fresh as we were there a few minutes after it opened. The room was clean. Could have used a channel listing of the TV channels. Had to run through the guide to find our favorite channels. Staff had a good recommendation for a local restaurant nearby.”

”Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel. Leider haben wir in der Beschreibung nichts gefunden, dass erst ab drei Übernachtungen die Betten gemacht werden bzw. auch das Zimmer /Bad gereinigt wird. Das war sehr enttäuschend ! Der Duschkopf im Bad hatte seine besten Zeiten auch längst gesehen. Leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Safe. Einen Kleiderschrank und Kleiderbügel haben wir ebenfalls vermisst. Zwar wird auf schalldichte Fenster hingewiesen, leider sind aber Wände /Decken sehr hellhörig. Das...

”I stay here regularly because it’s close to family, and highlights for me are the shower (if you’re in a room with a walk-in shower), the fitness room, and the breakfast. The updated rooms have nice bathrooms, with powerful showers, and comfortable beds. The fitness room has a lot of equipment- one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. And the breakfast spread is extensive, whether you want the buffet or à la carte. ”

”Don’t stay on this place. We have to check out a day early due to noise. You can hear everything from the streets, people above you and beside you. We have to transfer to a different room on our first day because the room smells like vomit. The bed is not comfortable and the sheets were rough. Will not stay there again. ”
