This is the second time (July 31, 2026) we checked in here and experienced a “computer issue” which kept us from our room (first time was June 19, 2024). The staff were as accommodating as possible and sent us to the bar for a drink on them while we waited. The reason we were there was our 39th anniversary on August 1st…the staff member who helped us to our room apologized and said they would do “something special in our room” for our anniversary the next day to make up for the inconvenience…never happened! We were disappointed for sure!!!

Bad entertainment in lounge. In room, computer lighting in bedroom (both pads) do not work. Coffee maker does not work. No power outlets on desk or near desk.
