”This is a picturesque inn with pretty views. The building is old which is noticeable. The sound proofing in the rooms is non existent. There was a wedding while we were there and we could hear all the music from our room. We also heard anyone and everyone in the hallway. Even with a sound machine (I was travelling with a child), we could fully hear every conversation in the hallway. ”The cottage we got was not the one shown in the pictures. The main door had a broken glass, replaced with plywood. The kitchen had pots and pans, but nothing to cook on (only a microwave). Also, knobs on drawers kept falling off which made accessing kitchen utensils and dishes difficult. The bed was comfy, but the only other place to sit was a small outdoor bistro table set with 2 chairs. Not comfortable. ”This is a classic inn that is scheduled for a massive renovation. Over the years there have been attempts to improve and maintain, lipstick on a pig. It’s good to lay your head for a night after being at The Kee or snowmobiling all day. It’s a functional place to stay, no frills or extras.

”The common areas were terrible
Holloways were looking bad, no vacuum for a while, did inform you the front desk person and nothing was done. Washroom in the main floor, pool area and gym were bad.
Other than that the place is comfortable and great located
Hopefully they can change this cleaning issues coz we will go back”
