”Overall Greta property. This is our 3rd year in a row staying there. Housekeeping didn’t make the bed or hang our towels the just left them on the bed. Need to enforce cart parking too. Too many carts taking up regular spots when the have designated parking.”

”First of all I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this was the one that I was afraid I was actually going to leave with something more than I came with. The bathroom shower was filthy. There was mold in the grout on the walls and the floor to the shower had one spot to where you could stand to actually stand that was clean. The bed was hard as a rock with a bed spread that had so many cigarette holes in it that it looked like Swiss cheese. I will never use this hotel again.”

”Rooms are dirty the staff does not clean the rooms. The ac units don't blow cold air and need repairs. Beds are worn and cheap laying on low spots with springs. Comforters are old stained. Don't waste your money. Restrooms had hair all over the toilet, and shower. Floors had hair all over. Don't waste your money”

”Sat in car about 20min. Room was not ready by check-in time. If I wanted extra towels I had to bring dirty one's to them. There was no closet for hangin anything up. It was adequate for the price.”
