This exceptional home offers a sprawling 220m² outdoor haven, highlighted by a private 50m² pool (1.40m depth, non-heated) and a dedicated 6m² children's pool. Luxurious sun loungers beckon adults to relax, while al fresco dining unfolds by the outdoor BBQ (Gas) complete with a sink and fridge, perfect for savouring meals under the captivating sunset. The veranda provides an idyllic setting for enjoying ice-cold G&Ts, soaking in the serene countryside, and witnessing the sun’s descent into the Cretan landscape. An ample parking for up to three cars is also available at the entrance. With bespoke outdoor settings and refined tableware, this retreat is the ultimate destination for those seeking luxurious living and an unforgettable holiday. For a bit of fun, the villa also offers outdoor toys, a ping-pong table, and a basketball hoop.

The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests in real beds, with space for two additional guests on the double sofa bed in the living room, bringing the total capacity to 8 guests. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
