This captivating home lays in 550m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 40m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (10,70×3,50 & 1,40 meters deep) also featuring a special children’s pool compartment (0,60 meters deep), as well as a three seater open Spa Whirlpool. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. BBQ facilities (charcoal) with fridge & sink are also available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area. Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure.

Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy:
- Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€ / day for the first two days & 50€ / every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Elegant and stylish, each of the ground floor villa’s bedrooms enjoy calming natural tones, flaunt unique design and perfect attention to every luxurious detail. All of the bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. The Villa boasts three wonderful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in the couch of the living room. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.

Location Overview
Koin Villa Sunrise is located in Perama town which is within 15 minutes walking distance to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.

Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
