Nina’s Apartment, 83sqm and part of a complex that share swimming pool, is perfect for families or friends of up to 4 people. Quick connection to the motorway granting you an easy access to Rethymno or Herakleion. A mini market is only 1min walk away. A very careful and handpicked combination of materials and objects forming a Mediterranean cozy villa with traditional stone influences, modern amenities, simple touches of details, and just 3min walk from the beach or 7 min to Panormos beach.

• Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms elegantly decorated in plain earthly colours with discreet pictures on the walls, curtains, lampshades, cushions and all of them are fully air-conditioned.
- First bedroom has a double bed and a big wardrobe and leads to a balcony/terrace
- Second bedroom has two single beds (which can be combined to a double bed) and leads to the big balcony/terrace.
- Only a few steps to the common area with the swimming pool.
Both bedrooms have Complete Privacy.
Fresh Linen is provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay!

• Living Room:
The living room has one sofa, an confy armchair and a coffee table in the middle. The room is beautifully decorated in pale colours and textiles of minimal aesthetics matching the furniture. Large windows offer a majestic view day or night and the balcony door leads to a balcony where dinner should be served! There is a TV and an air conditioner. The living room leads to the main dining space and direct access to the kitchen.

There is full bathroom.

• Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen offers you all necessary amenities and has it’s own air conditioner. Beautiful surfaces and counters give you this extra luxury feel and you can prepare any kind of a meal without any hassle!

Rethymno, is only 20min driving. A well stacked mini market is only 1min walk. it is only a minute walk to the beautiful village of Panormos which has all the facilities and amenities one would need: separate butcher's shop and bakery, various gift shops and traditional seaside shops and some excellent tavernas, overlooking the harbour which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food as well as international dishes.
In Panormo there are actually two main beaches and a few smaller ones. As its Greek name implies (means place with natural port), Panormos is a natural harbour with calm water. The harbour (Limanaki) beach serves as the port of the area. It is sandy and the sea has clear water. It is ideal for families with small children, as it is shallow and it's cement pier protects it from waves. It is well organised with umbrellas, showers, water sports and many options for accommodation and food around. Adjacent, on the east, there is a smaller sandy unorganised beach, not preferred by swimmers.
