The villa spans three floors. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom is on the main floor, two bedrooms on the lower floor, and the fourth bedroom occupies the upper floor. The villa is within a short distance of a small supermarket (600 m) and two local taverns (500 m and 1.2 km). In nearby Perama, just 2.5 km away, you’ll find more shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other amenities. The seaside village of Panormos, with its sandy beach, restaurants, and shops, is only 5 km away.



The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your car. For exploring Crete’s beautiful landscapes and beaches, a car is highly recommended.
