Set just outside Melidoni in a serene and secluded location, the villa offers an exquisite retreat where privacy and relaxation reign supreme. Surrounded by the captivating Cretan landscape, it combines family-friendly amenities with authentic charm, perfect for larger gatherings or a quiet escape. External Living | 2 Private Pools, Outdoor Dining, Play & Wellness Area
Set within a sprawling 2,000 m² estate with 600 m² of lush artificial lawn, Varimpo Villa is a sanctuary of refined outdoor living. It features a 35 m² infinity pool and a 50 m² heated pool (extra charge), both with waterfall, hydromassage, and eco-friendly salt electrolysis for a softer, more natural swimming experience with minimal chemicals, along with a 7 m² children’s pool.
The outdoor area is complemented by gazebos, sunbeds, hammocks, umbrellas, and an eight-seater hot tub, while the estate’s 40,000 m² grounds offer scenic walking paths. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven, a shaded dining area, lounge with 65” TV, and a firepit.
Recreational options include a covered play area with games, a children’s playground with trampoline, and a separate playroom and wellness pavilion featuring a PlayStation 5, sauna, massage room, and gym.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- 50 m² Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Its eight thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each with deluxe bedding, accommodate up to 18 guests in real beds, while four en-suite and two shared bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy.

A separate poolside building has been meticulously crafted to serve as both a family-friendly playroom and a private wellness retreat. The play area features a cozy lounge with an 80” Smart TV and a PlayStation 5, offering endless entertainment for guests of all ages. The fully equipped gym includes a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, yoga mats, exercise ball, bench, and chest press machine for complete fitness routines. For moments of relaxation, a serene massage room with a professional massage bed and a rejuvenating sauna provide the perfect escape for wellness and rejuvenation.
