The Space:

Studio 38 by Tiny Away is located in Myocum, in the Northern Rivers Region. Just an hour from the Gold Coast, it's close to surf beaches, theme parks, and nightlife. Nearby attractions include Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens, Torakina Beach, and Byron Bay.



Part of our collection of holiday homes, this studio offers views of horse paddocks and greenery. It is also equipped with a ceiling fan, a large sliding door with a screen, and a large window with a screen for natural light.



The tiny house is private, connected to the main house by a garage, and near the farm and tack sheds. It includes easy water access, a kitchenette with a microwave/air fryer, cooking gear, and a bathroom with a flushed toilet, basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Booking for a group? Our second tiny home “Hinterland Hideout” is available with 24 hours’ notice. The tiny house is about 50m from the main house, 30m from the working shed, and 500m from the main road.



Guest Access:

- Espresso coffee, tea, sugar, milk, olive oil, and more are provided during your stay.

- Working farm horses are fed twice daily. To meet the horses, please contact your host.

- Guests have access to the tiny home, car park, and orchard. Please keep the front gate closed at all times.



ADVISORY:



- Farm work and mowing happen most days. For light sleepers, please bring earplugs.

- No smoking inside, except outside—please use the ashtray and extinguish cigarette butts properly.

- The main house, pool area, and “Hinterland Hideout” are private. Please respect the privacy of your neighbours.

Studio 38 by Tiny Away sits in the town of Myocum, just an hour’s drive from the Gold Coast. Near Mullumbimby, our holiday homes are close to great restaurants, cafes, shops, and beaches like Byron Bay. Local highlights include Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens for relaxation, Torakina Beach—perfect for family swimming, and Byron Bay for dining, cafes, and water activities.



For outdoor adventures, try Beyond Byron E-Bikes with guided bike trails, or visit Brunswick Heads Nature Reserve for fishing, picnics, and swimming in the river or at Torakina Beach.



Getting Around:

By car:



- 8 hr drive from Sydney

- 7 min drive to closest town, Mullumbimby



By public transport:



- Taxi or Uber



Other Things to Note:

- Wifi is available

- Mobile reception are good

- Electric BBQ grill is available

- Can supply platters at extra costs

- We have 2 dogs that sometimes bark onsite

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Expect machinery noise as we are a working farm that cares for farm animals and crops

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving



Farm guidelines



- Please note that our HORSES FENCE ARE ELECTRIC; caution is advised

- Please close gates when entering or leaving paddocks and don’t enter without the host’s permission.



Important note:



- Please note abundant wildlife may be present onsite

- Keep an eye out for snakes as we are located in grassland areas

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays will incur an additional charge
