”Rooms were run down and filthy. The furniture was falling apart, pull out couch was broken, safe didn't work, dresser draws were broken, paint chipping off wall, the floor looked like a dirty mop was ran over the floor, carpets in the bedroom had dirt built up on The floors around the bed. The view was beautiful and the amenities were very nice but I will not stay in a Vacasa-managed rental again.”

”The building only has security working there, which we did not expect. We thought this would be like a typical hotel, but it is far from it. Everybody who was a guest there seemed incredibly confused as to where to go or what to do, and there was no pool in the building like we thought. There is also limited parking near the building, but additional parking is located across the street. Despite this, we were pleasantly surprised once we got the code to get into our room.
