We got what we paid for. We didn't pay much for room 316 and so I wasn't surprised to find the tub finish was peeling off and wall damage behind the toilet next to the floor. This is an older property and this particular room has seen some wear and tear. We did like that the flooring was hard surface and not carpet. However, even though humidity wasn't high, the floor felt greasy during the day. Fine at night and early morning. I was not pleased to find hair in the tub. We didn't say anything because you could kind of get the vibe that it probably wasn't going drive any action.
Also, I don't know if there was a pet convention but I've never seen so many pets in a hotel before. I'm all for pets but I'm also for peace an quiet on vacation. Plan to hear dogs barking at night. Staff was very friendly.
So, if you are looking for a low cost place to lay your head while you hit the beach and can tolerate a modest level of cleanliness go for it. It wasn't gross or anything and the beds were clean.
