The condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Fresh linens and a set of 4 each bath/hand/wash/cloths/ towels are provided with each rental.

Rental Policy: Age 25 or older government issued photo identification is required.

Pet Policy: No pets.

Parking Policy: Unassigned Free Outside Onsite Parking + an additional Secured Garage for Automobiles and Motorcycles. 6' 3" maximum clearance.

*To be as transparent as possible: This condo is in close proximity to a full time resident that is a smoker. At times (rarely), this condo could smell like cigarette smoke. We have added air purifiers, charcoal bags, and have tried to mitigate as much as possible. If you are very sensitive to the smell, this condo might not be for you. It is a very clean and quiet condo. We just want to be upfront and make sure you enjoy your stay!
NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY. $250 HOA fine. Subject to extra cleaning plus additional charges for any damage.
