Conveniently close to everything along the Grand Strand, the Meridian is the perfect spot for your getaway.

As of January 2024, this condo underwent stunning renovations, and we could not be more excited to share them with you! The bedroom now features a brand-new king-size bed, along with a luggage rack for your convenience. Two stylish accent walls were added—one in the bedroom and one in the living room—giving the space a modern, welcoming feel. The kitchen has been updated with stainless-steel appliances, new granite countertops, and added cabinet space. This condo is truly a showstopper!

Throughout the condo, a mix of large tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring flows beautifully. The living room offers direct ocean views through interior opaque glass doors that span the wall leading to the oversized balcony. Guests will also enjoy a large wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan for extra comfort.

The oversized oceanfront balcony is a highlight of this rental, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrises and sunsets here are not to be missed, and being on the 7th floor makes the view even more impressive.

The bedroom includes a king-size bed, accent wall, large TV, nightstand, luggage rack, and a closet for storage. Towels, linens, bedding, dishes, and kitchen utensils are provided for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances: a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and crockpot. Granite countertops and additional cabinet space complete the space, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks during your stay. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, glassware, and more. If dining out is your preference, the Meridian Plaza is just a short walk or drive from some of Myrtle Beach's most popular restaurants. Delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also widely available.

The living room, located at the front of the condo, is a bright and relaxing space with a queen-size sleeper sofa, an accent chair, a small island with bar stools, a large wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the private balcony. Guests often rave about the balcony views, which include sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, boats, surfers, and more.

The Meridian Plaza offers both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Onsite laundry is also available for guests. While we do not provide beach chairs, they are available seasonally for rent from lifeguards on the beach.

Pack light—your stay includes bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and basic "starter toiletries" such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests also enjoy access to basic cable and Wi-Fi.

For added convenience, the condo features a keyless entry system. There's no need to stop by an office for keys or parking passes. Whether you arrive at check-in time or late at night, your door codes will provide secure access to both the lobby and the condo. Many guests appreciate the safety of the locked lobby doors.
