Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels. You also can rent Beach chairs and umbrellas at beach managed by the City. (05/30-09/05)

We are at building 1—small building ( more private) with the outdoor pool, our guests have full access to enjoy our year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs, Lazy river and outdoor pools in building 2 & 3.

OCEANFRONT, In the heart of downtown Myrtle, Walking distance to many attractions, Ocean front miles long Boardwalk, Amazing views and food at Rip Tydz Oceanfront & grill Rooftop bar, Gay dolphin gift shop ( so big you can get lost )! SkyWheel, great restaurants, bars, Cafes, night life, Starbuck`s, grocery store, mins drive to Broadway at the beach, urgent care etc.

Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

Friend reminder: NO-SMOKING inside the Unit and on Balcony, No pets, No events, subject to $250 fine each.
QUIET Hours from 11pm-6am, please be mindful of other resort guests.
* Check in: 4pm, Check out: 10am, late check out will be $50 charge (after 11:30am), then $25 every 30 mins, we are paying our cleaners waiting on you.
* Minimum age requirement is 21 years old to book a reservation, NO more than 6 people in condo at any time. There’re cameras in lobby and elevator can be used to verify number of guests, please notify host to alternate the reservation guests number otherwise $250 fine for Extra guests and will be vacated immediately.
* No Smoking inside condo, balcony included, No pets, No events, any sign/evidence of those will result in $250.00 Fine Each and will be vacated immediately.
* Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. Wash all dishes that were used.
* Please DO NOT take our bath towels out of room to pools and beach.
* Please keep the Patio doors Closed when you Use HVAC to make sure our HVAC system is not running hard, so you and other guests can be very comfortable when HVAC stay in a Good Condition.
* Amenities that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
*Airbnb Damage Claim: We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly appreciate it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items including towels ( we own all the items) , we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
*Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hampers in bathrooms, take all the trash out. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everyone.
*Personal Items Left Behind: The owners are not responsible for lost or misplaced items left behind.
