First, forget the fact that we sign up for the wrong room. Not knowing this was a 3rd party room of only 2rooms in the entire hotel. CORAL BEACH front desk treated us like we weren't supposed to be in the hotel altogether. NO service at all. Told to take it up with Elliot Resort, offsite,10 blocks away. No service at all from Elliot Resort, Hotels.com, or anyone for the entire week stay. No maid service, we have dirty linen, washcloths, and towels all week. We had no access to the entire hotel (Bowling, workout room, dining areas, lobby, etc.). Money was not even accepted. We also prepaid online with Hotel.com in advance. We just expected to be treated much better than we were all week. It's not about who we are as Pastor and 1st Lady of our Churches, but what we paid for. Our Oceanfront view was unacceptable and had no privacy. Do Not stay at this two-room resort in Coral Beach. My Churches and congregation will never sign up again.
