Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the Embassy Suites pools and splash park, resort shuttle transportation and fitness center.

We generally accept 7 night reservations (Saturday to Saturday) in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Contact us for alternate dates, shorter stays and longer "snowbird" rates. HOA policy states that the guest making a reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Policy:
Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy and is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
