You can't go any higher than this 2-bedroom/2-bath condo with a fully stocked kitchen on the 22nd floor of the popular Renaissance Tower of Myrtle Beach Resort. With breathtaking views of the South Strand and the sunset, you'll definitely feel on top of the world as you gaze out of your paradise. Myrtle Beach Resort is a 33-acre gated oceanfront community with many amenities. The resort amenities include six pools, both indoor and outdoor (heated), 375-foot lazy river, jacuzzis, saunas, kiddie water park, volleyball, basketball, lighted tennis courts, bocce ball, corn hole, putting green, life-sized chess, picnic area, exercise facilities, arcades, and a playground. There is also an oceanfront bar and grill with live music and 2 cabana snack bars (seasonal) right on the resort. It also has onsite laundry, Galley Food & Spirits Convenience Store/Gift Shop, Free Wireless Internet and an ATM Machine. Myrtle Beach resort has a gate guard and 24-hour security at the entrance with constant 24-hour protection of the Resort Beach Area.

We are approximately 8 miles from Myrtle Beach's best attraction area 'Broadway at the Beach'. Broadway at the Beach includes: Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville, Dave and Busters, BackStage Escape Room/Mirror Maze, Jet Boat rides, Helicopter rides, Broadway GrandPrix, Hollywood Wax Museum, Ripley's Sea Aquarium, Broadway Theatre, Legends in Concert, Myrtle Waves Water Park, WonderWorks, TOPGOLF and over 75 specialty shops.

Towels can not be taken out of the unit. Please bring your own beach towels. 2-3oz shampoo, 2-3oz conditioner, 2 bars of soap and linens provided.
Condo owner is not liable for any injuries/illnesses/harm to the guest while staying on the premise.

Awesome place to stay!

This place has everything you could need for a trip to the beach! So many different pools, a lazy river, and beautiful views! Plenty of space. Good beds! Even had nice hair dryers and the good toilet paper! Highly recommend!!!

Family vacation

The property was in a good spot. The room was well mantained. Could tell its an older building but they try their best to update/upgrade the room. The room was just the right size for our family. Balcony over looking the trailerpark and ocean was a great sight. Room was clean and well organized. The beds were a good size and comfy. Having a full stocked kitchen was helpful since we like to cook family dinners.The property itself was a bit confusing. The A building said it had a store but couldnt find it. The pool area woth the lazy river was nice feature to have since both kids could enjoy both pools at the same time.

Beautiful property but…

We had a wonderful experience the condo was exactly what we needed. But we didn’t love the renovations taking place outside the building, and there was a very strong cannabis smell as soon as you walked off the elevator and it permeated through into our condo. Overall the condo was great, and an easy enough drive to the main attractions and easy to get on the beach.

The property is still under construction on the first floor of Renaissance Tower. The effect was not noticeable to our family. We tried all the pools and jacuzzi and the beach and had a great time

A pleasant respite from the cold

We arrived on 2/1, and everything was ready for our extended stay. There was nothing missing that had been listed, and we felt welcome right away.The only issue we had was with the handicapped parking situation, and that had nothing to do with Rebecca or the unit. The issue was there was not enough of it that was actually near the entrance. We would seriously consider coming back again. I'm sure once the construction projects are finished the issu would be resolved.

Honest Review

I look at reviews before I stay anywhere! Here is an honest review of this listing. CONDO: It is on the 22nd floor with a side view of the ocean and an RV campground. I was a little hesitant at what that would be like, but let me tell you, sitting at night when the campers were all lit up and watching all the golf carts go up and down and just overall hilarious entertainment. I'm for real. We spent so much time on the balcony! The room is on the sunset side, so to watch the sunrise we went to the beach. The room was clean and nice. We had 4 adults. The room sleeps 6, but that may have been a little crowded if you planned on spending a lot of time in the room unless they were kids. All the beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the sleeper sofa. We had everything we needed as far as towels/washcloths/ kitchen supplies. There were also beach toys, extra blankets/pillows, and FANS in the closet! RESORT: The address takes you to the campground up the street, so type in MYRTLE BEACH RESORT, and it takes you straight to it. The Renaissance building is still under cosmetic renovation, so the gift shop and restaurant were closed. But that was no biggie. Being October, the outside pool was closed, but the pools and hot tubs in the other buildings were great! My dad loved the steam room and dry sauna. We loved seeing the baby turtles in the ponds too! I have no complaints and would definitely stay in this beautiful place again and highly recommend it!

We were not told about construction that has been going on since October 2022. This construction limited our access to pools, hot tubs, shops, and the beach. In our -party we had an elderly pedrson, a handicapped person and a visually impaired person. we would not have rented at this site had we known about the construction

Nice, Clean Condo!

Enjoyed our stay and condo was clean and in a good central location to restaurants, groceries, beach, and activities. Communication with host was excellent - timely and informational - and check-in / check-out process was easy! Would consider staying again.

Very Nice

We enjoyed our view of the beach. The beach was clean and there were fireworks every night. The property was very clean and was stocked with everything you could possibly think that you would need for an extended stay. All the essentials in the kitchen were provided along chairs and other things for the beach. A couple of books were made available which I took full advantage of. I love to read but don't always have the time. There were also games like Uno, Pictionary, etc. The master bed was not the most comfortable, but we made due. This property is located on the 22nd floor so taking the stairs was not an option if the elevators were tied up. The only real negative was that the bedrooms stayed warm even when the living area remained cool. Fans were available which helped some. Other than that, we had a great time. There were lots of things to do within a short drive from the property.

Myrtle Beach June/July

Overall experience was good. The access to beach and pool were just what we were looking for, as we came to Myrtle to spend our time at beach and with our son who lives about 25 mins inland from the resort so he was able to visit several times when he was not at work! We felt the common grounds were less than satisfactory for cleanliness and the elevators were frustrating at times. We appreciated the beach chairs and left in the closet additional sand toys and an umbrella for your next guests to use! Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your property
