Suunnittele pakenemaan Garden City Beachille ja tuntekaa olosi virkeänä 1 makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpyhuoneen loma-asunnossa, jossa on nukkuminen 4 hengelle! Tämä itärannikon loma tarjoaa kaikki kodin mukavuudet, mukaan lukien täysin varustettu keittiö, taulu-kaapeli-TV ja ilmainen langaton internet. Kun puutarhakaupungin laituri ja ranta ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä, sekä Myrtle Beachin mielenkiintoisia nähtävyyksiä vain 20 minuutin etäisyydellä, ei ole parempaa paikkaa viettää Etelä-Carolinassa retriittisi kuin tämä kotisi poissa kotoa!

Ruoanlaittoyrityksiä odotetaan hyvin varustetussa keittiössä, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, uusi pesuallas ja graniittitasot. Kun ateria on valmistettu ja valmis, astu 4-hengen ruokapöydälle laadukkaan aterian saamiseksi.

I had a difficult time with the Lock. I had a hard time finding the Laundry. It would be helpful if you put a sign inside the Laundry to tell you where to get change to operate the machines.

The space was small but central to everything in garden city. The peir and beach were only half a block away. There was a nice kitchen nook. The pool was very clean. My house was very responsive and helpful.

It’s okay
The location was great; close to beach and restaurants. However, it was loud at night on weekend, the bed sheets and comforter were very old and no spare blankets or extra pillow cases were provided and the extra pillows were stained. It could be a great place if more care was given to the bed comfort. The pool and hot tub were not clean. The set up of the living room was not as pictured.

Loved the location. Bar across the alley, shops also around the corner. Pool and sauna was nice. Room was clean and was perfect for short stays. Only issue was on the patio, having to watch the little one so he didn’t crawl through the gaps in the wood railing but that’s just a parental concern mainly. Wife and I both enjoyed it.

Property manager was excellent we had a glitch on check in it she made sure it was rectified quickly only reason I didn’t give a five across board was the fridge was a small apartment size so did not host much and a coffee maker woudl have been nice. The neighborhood was very loud especially late at night with cars and trucks racing up and down the street. Lots of holloring and shouting while we tried to sleep the location to beach was excellent.

Condo beautifully decorated as pictured.
The condos was beautifully decorated and in walking distance to the Garden City Pier and restaurants. On the back deck you could sit and watch the ocean. On the front of the condo pool view. The condo was on the 3rd floor and this condo unlike many others has an elevator, which makes it easier when unloading. We were there for a National dance competition with our daughter and enjoyed the beach and the pool as well. The management company evolve does respond to questions but it takes a couple hours. The owner when I had any questions responded to my texts right away. This condo is perfect for a couple get away or family of 4. When I visit Garden City again I will definitely stay here. I saw this condo get reviews that were not ideal, but took a chance. I did not have any problems that I read on the reviews. When booking if you read it tells you that you get a start up package of paper goods so if you think you will need more than 2 rolls of paper towels or toilet paper pack an extra. I have rented condos that doesn’t provide any paper products or linens, so I thought they left a nice set up of paper products and toiletries to get you started on your vacation. The condo is conveniently located to grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants. Garden City Beach does not allow tents only umbrellas just to inform you. We had a Shinumi sun shade and it was not allowed, so we had to purchase an umbrella. So pack an umbrella if you need one or you can do a daily rental from the lifeguards or buy one at the local beach shops there. We had a great vacation at Garden City Beach Guest House.

Not a great start- but great ending!
At first we were disappointed because our room was not cleaned at all!!!! After a text, we were promised it would be cleaned when we returned and it was great. We were also compensated for the error! This was a perfect spot to be- pool- close to stores, pier, restaurants, and of course the beach! The important things are there- nice bed, cooking things, end room and on the third floor! Would stay again!

The place was just as the pictures showed and very nice to stay in. However, we were unaware that for the 4 nights we’d be staying there that we would only have one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, and nothing to wash dishes with. When trying to check out, the lock locked back up before the 10am checkout and it took the owner a half hour before fixing it so we could get the rest of our belongings. If you’re looking for a mini Myrtle with lots of loud teenagers outside then this is the place for you.

We enjoyed our stay and overall we had no complaints. We will plan to stay again. One concern: unit felt humid and wet most of the time. It may be the window units were unable to remove the moisture. That was not a deal breaker for us.

Had trouble with key code. Manager never took calls. His secretary was intolerant and evasive. The room spray was intense. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and accommodations were pictured accurately.

The condo is very nice and updated. Short walk to the beach. Clean pool and jacuzzi. This was our 2nd year staying in here. The cleaning wasn't that great though. They don't move furniture or clean under the bed. I only know this because one of my daughters toys went under the bed, so I checked the rest. There were peices of the bed on the floor. Make sure if you aren't left a parking pass to contact the person you need to if something is wrong. We had to write a note for the windshield of our vehicle. The wifi wasn't working nor was the TV in the bedroom. We were told to reset the box and after many attempts, we gave up. The towel bar in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, so we made sure not to use it. My husband said we will stay somewhere else from now on.

Stay was mediocre
The condo itself is cute and very clean but the area is not the best. There was construction on the facility the entire time of our stay which we were not informed of and also a questionable hotel right next door with toilets and garbage sitting outside by the pool making it a not so pleasant view.
