Patricia Grand sijaitsee osoitteessa 27th Ave N, vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Broadwayltä rannalla, jossa koko perhe voi käydä ostoksilla, ratsastaa, katsella elokuvia, pelata minigolfia, syödä herkullisia ruokia ja paljon muuta! Etsitkö jotain hienostuneempaa? Patricia Grand on vain 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä New York Primesta, paras paikka saada pihvi Myrtle Beachillä. The location was nice right on the beach, checking in was a little crazy with construction and traffic in front of the building. Overall, comfortable and clean - we stayed because it was pet friendly, and that it was.

Overall the trip was great the room was clean and comfortable.My main issue was with the hotel itself not the room as we instantly had issues the moment we got there.First there were absolutely no carts available and we had to hand carry everything to the room.Second we got stuck in on of the elevators on the north side of the hotel and after more people got stuck in the elevators until someone finally came out and fixed them I believe.And third our first night we were woken up by alarms going off in the building at 5am and the alarms blared for an hour or longer only for the alarms to go off again around 6:30am and 1:30pm.The hotel experienced A LOT of issues while we were there. Again the hotel not the room.The room was great for my family of 4.Great views. Check in was easy.

This is our sixth time renting place with this company.We were always pleased with the space but this time spot was before renovation so it was not as nice as the previous one but still fine, clean, beautiful oceanfront view. We had few problems but they fix it really quick so the communication is good. Just be aware that if you want your room to have a view of the ocean all of the things in your room will be damp. Overall we really enjoy the stay.

Awesome stay

Everything was as pictured. Condo was very nice and clean. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Bathroom is a little small, but was fine for the 2 of us. Water pressure was great. View from the balcony was awesome and it was so great to be able to bring my furbaby. Will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing 3 day trip. traveled over Easter Sunday. great time to go. Easy check in check out. all staff at resort so friendly and helpful. bed in suite needs to be updated. the box spring on left side of bed made a horrible creaking almost breaking noise when any movement at all. but we made due.

Just a quick stay for some early spring golf.

Very clean property. It's small but for two people who weren't in the room very often it was great. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Bed was comfortable and balcony chairs were surprisingly comfortable.

Amazing Views

The balcony was amazing with a straight on view of the beach. You did not see other people’s balcony. The room was as expected for a beach condo. It was clean and roomy with a small kitchen. I saw lots of people with their dogs, wished I would have brought mine.The only drawback of this location was the parking garage has tight turns to get up and down between floors that were difficult to maneuver.I would highly recommend staying in this location.

Peaceful Retreat

We have stayed at the Patricia Grand several times in different units. This unit was by far the best in regard to the private view, pricing and atmosphere. The property manager was communicative, pleasant, and available. The bathroom could use more counter space and better ventilation but that seems common to units on this property. This was the first unit in which we had a bedroom separate from living space which we enjoyed. The view from both the living area and bedroom was tremendous and we did not see any other balconies unless leaning over the rail and really looking around to the right (SW). This was especially helpful since our dog is so sensitive to movement and wants to interact with everyone. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing! The ac/heating units were well placed so as not to interfere with view or movement. My only wish would have been for them to somehow blow away from the bed and seating areas. The unit was clean, well kept and comfortable, including the balcony chairs. While not the fault of the owner, it was disappointing that the Lazy River was not operational and one of the main entry doors to the lobby was broken and heavy to operate, and it was the one closest to the adjacent dog park.

View from the 16th floor was amazing, condo was clean. Great wifi reception. TVs in the bedroom and living room are outdated, new 4K 55" TVs are $300. Bed was uncomfortable in spots. Overall great condo for the price and location

Overall a good experience, but with room for improvement

The Patricia Grand resort is showing some signs of age but is still reasonably well-maintained. The front entrance was blocked for refurbishment, though the work that was complete looked nice and elegant. Public spaces like the lobby and pool appeared recently updated and clean, with comfortable and sturdy new pool loungers. A small park with beach access next to the building was a great spot for dog potty breaks - a rare find in this area. In our unit, the best feature was the large ocean-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The unit itself was clean and nicely decorated, though a musty odor in the bedroom, possibly from the A/C, was somewhat unpleasant (scented candle to the rescue). The kitchenette was small but functional, and the bathroom was clean with a new-looking tub/shower combo—though the shower floor was VERY slippery. One slight inconvenience was the use of a portable A/C unit in the living room. Vented through cardboard covering the hole in the wall where the original A/C had been, the unit took up quite a bit of space, was a tad noisy, and was not very aesthetically pleasing. Nevertheless, it did keep the living area cool, and I assume it is just a temporary fix. The most disappointing aspect of the stay, however, was the mattress! It was thin, terribly unsupportive, and noisy. We definitely didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked.

Great Oceanfront View!

Barring Tropical Storm “Debby-Downer” the vacation was great! The room was perfect for those that love an oceanfront room. Every window had an awesome view of the ocean! It was convenient to restaurants and other venues. We didn’t bring a dog but I loved seeing all the pups around the condo/hotel and on the beach. I would 100% absolutely recommend this place. The property mgr was quick in responding to any Emails I sent as well
