Mitä odotat? Ranta on upea milloin tahansa vuodesta! Tartu aurinkolaseihin ja suunna rantaan!

Onko lomakohteesta parempaa paikkaa kuin Kingston Plantation? Plantaatiossa on niin paljon tekemistä - kävele rauhassa rannalla, mene Apache-laiturille, kävele luonnonkauniilla kypsä tammi- ja mäntymaisemalla tai mene Kingstonin uusimpaan kuntokeskukseen ja täyden palvelun kylpylään. Muista pysähtyä ja nauttia maisemista makeanveden järven ympärillä yhdellä jalkakäytävästä. Mikä vieläkin ihmeellisempi Kingston Plantationin suhteen, on sen sijainti - rannalla ja keskeinen kaikelle toiminnalle, jota Myrtle Beach ja North Myrtle Beach tarjoavat.

Mikä voisi tehdä vierailustasi paremman? Entä loma lomalla Kingstonin parhaimmassa kerrostalossa… Margassa?!? Kolme makuuhuonetta / kolme täyttä kylpyamme huoneisto on puhdas, pirteä, mukavasti sisustettu ja erittäin tilava. Olemme peittäneet kaikki huoneet, joita tarvitset suurelle tai suurelle perheelle - jopa monille pienille perheille. Oceanview-asuntolamme on yli 2238 neliömetriä, ja 518 neliömetrin kannen tilasta on näköala Grand Strandin kauneimmalle rannalle sekä erittäin hyvin hoidettu istutus.

Voimme majoittaa kuusi vierasta sänkyyn ja kaksi muuta vuodesohvaan. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma liukuovi, josta pääsee suoraan kauniiseen Etelä-Carolinan auringonpaisteeseen ja raikkaaseen valtameren ilmaan. Täällä kolmannessa kerroksessa on upea näköala ja tunne, että aallot ovat tarpeeksi lähellä koskettaa! ”08” -suunnitelmassa on mahtava loistava tila keräämistä ja seurustelua varten. Tämä on jaettu makuuhuoneen pohjapiirros, joten myös siellä on paljon yksityisyyttä! Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, joten ei ole linjoja, kun valmistaudut menemään ulos tai siivoamaan päivän jälkeen rannalla tai uima-altaalla.

Keittiössä on hieno kokoonpano täysikokoisilla, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, ja siinä on pienet kodinkoneet ja taloustavarat, jotta juomien, välipaloja ja aterioita voi valmistaa ja nauttia kätevästä. Aivan keittiön takia meillä on erillinen pesula- / kodinhoitohuone, jotta pidät seuraamasta märän ja hiekkarannan kulumista ja leluja huoneiston kautta. Mainitsimmeko, että Margatessa on kaksikerroksinen uima-allas, jolla on kalliovesiputous, mukava poreallas ja kaunis aurinkoterassi? Margate ei petä sinua!

On asioita, joista VRBO-vieraidemme tulisi olla tietoisia, kuten:
• Mihin uima-altaisiin vieraillamme on pääsy (uima-altaat, jotka sijaitsevat Margatessa; Windermere By The Sea -yhteisö, joka on kadun toisella puolella Brightonia; Beach Club -allas, joka sijaitsee valtameren rannalla pohjoisen ja eteläisen Hamptonin tornien välillä - vain asunnonomistajilla ja Embassy Suites -vuokrausvierailla on pääsy uima-altaisiin Embassy Suites -sivustolla, Splash! We were in town for a family reunion over the Labor Day Weekend. The condo was good for the 4 people who stayed. We had plenty of space. The place was clean and one of the nicer ones that we stayed in inside Marston.

Great place to stay

Love the condo itself. The Margate building is a bit stricter than other Kingston properties and no handicap access or easy walk to the beach but would highly recommend this condo if that’s not an issue for your family. Very spacious and good view to the ocean.

Location is wonderful, great views. The condo could use a good cleaning and lots of new caulking in the bathrooms, mold is not acceptable. The kitchen needs a lot of help with working utensils that don’t bend, missing many things that are needed to cook, cheese grater, metal utensils and cooking pans. Beds were comfy, towels were sparse, had to wash after two days due to shortage of bath towels. Lobby is being painted and the fumes were a little strong, but it looks very nice.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at the Margate Towers in Kingston Plantation at Myrtle Beach at least 6 times. The location of this property is ideal for our family. Had a couple of issues--internet access and fire alarm disconnected--but once the contact was notified these issues were resolved. Overall a good experience.

This location was AMAZING!

I have read reviews complaining about tiny little issues, but it's not a property for sale, it's a rental. Big deal if the bathroom tile has some discoloration. The place was huge, plenty of room for the entertaining we did, all appliances worked great, the views were fantastic, the TV was enormous, the wireless internet was lightning fast and the beach is just a few steps away. Will definitely be staying there again!

Great Location

We loved the location and the layout of the condo. I gave it 4 stars because the kitchen was lacking. Dishwasher was worthless, we ended up washing everything by hand. All the "clean" dishes in the cabinet were disgusting. Stove took 45 minutes to reach 350˚, the ice maker wasn't working, which would be fine if ice trays were provided, and there were no wine glasses. Besides the kitchen it was an excellent place.

Habitable but not the best by any stretch

As soon as we arrived for our stay we realized this wasn’t going to be as expected just based off the cleanliness of the carpet. Let me start by saying the condo is spacious and the beds slept well. We stayed a Wednesday night through Sunday and everything in the Kingston was great. The condo was a struggle when it comes to cleanliness. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The bed spreads were super gross, really dirty and one had blood on it in several spots. One of the beds was broken and had a stain on the head board. The carpet was in desperate need of a cleaning. There was what appeared to be dried gum on the couch. The fridge water and ice maker didn’t work (was told we didn’t want it anyway). The shower heads in two bathrooms were in desperate need of replacing, as it all came out at the top and trickled down the rest of the way. The kitchen sink faucet appeared to haven’t ever been wiped down. And all the doors and door frames around the handles were black from not ever being wiped down. It was definitely a struggle. We had to have them bring new comforters to us (the second day there as no one answered till late the day we arrived) and the lady that came seemed very confused as to why she was there. After running the dishwasher 3 times it stopped work as well. We contacted the owner about all the issues as we found them. We were refunded our cleaning fee but we’re told the unit wasn’t inhabitable and that they didn’t feel the need for any other type of compensation. It was the problem of the cleaning company and they would address it. Also had to get the code for the pool from the front desks because they had no idea there was a code. Speaking with the owner/management was a heated conversation with my husband to which I took over to calm the situation and still was spoken over often. Basically we were told when we arrived we should have told them every problem when we first arrived and that we didn’t want to stay then. The day of check out a maintenance guy arrived with us knowing he’s coming to fix the bed. He said he had only been told about it the night before and wasn’t told about anything else that was broken. He fixed what he could while he was there and was very polite. Very disappointed in the way it was handled by the owner. While I appreciate the cleaning fee returned I don’t see it as accurate compensation for all we had to deal with. Also bring your own toliet paper & trash bags they don’t provide more.

Inaccurate description of amenities

We booked 3 months early and chose this property specifically for the indoor pool and splash pad that was in the description and photos of this property. Two days before we were set to leave I notice that the photos and description have changed and these amenities were removed. When I spoke to the property manager he said it was no longer available to guests and that we could pay extra to go to a water park and that they had an outdoor pool we could still use. We had 3 kids with us, it rained 3 out of the 4 days we were there, and when it was nice enough to go out to the pool they had them locked and said they weren't available for use on the 4th of July. (Which was also never discussed). Two of the three bedroom doors did not close nor lock. The balcony sliding doors were iffy at best to be able to open them. The description says three balconies over look the ocean view..2 overlooked the parking lot, the 1 that did over look it was only partial view that was above the trash site (which came at 7am every morning, so no sleeping in for this family on vacation). The water in one of the bathroom showers was only trickling out, was not even usable. The toilet ran all night every night due to a leak, when we tried to shut the water off just to this one toilet the valve was also broken so the whole condo unit heard running water 24/7. The ceiling bathrooms and kitchen showed sign of leaks and peeling paint. The living room TV only played in black and white, bathroom towels had black hair all over them (guessing from the maid?) And dishes were put back dirty in the drawers,So we had to re wash everything on day 1. The condo was outdated in such as there is wall paper in every bathroom, the sofa is lumpy and faded, the dryer start button was missing so you had to put your finger basically inside the electrical part to get it to start. If you can I would look elsewhere for a room. We did not get what we paid for, or what we expected.
