Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious vacation meals in the kitchen, complete with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. For your caffeine fix, you`ll find both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Bedroom Retreat: The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, a second Smart TV, and a dresser for your belongings.

Bathroom & Laundry: The clean, modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries. For added convenience, the condo includes a private in-unit washer, dryer, and an iron.

* Resort Amenities: Please be aware that resort amenities, including the pools and hot tubs, are managed by the resort. Their availability is subject to posted hours, weather, and maintenance schedules. We are not responsible for amenity closures.

* Safety: The condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit for your safety.

* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
**Recreational Vehicles**
Per Resort Policy No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV`s allowed on the premises.

**Rental Agreement & Damage Protection**
A standard rental agreement is required after booking is consented to via payments of a $35 non-refundable damage waiver which covers up to $1,000 in accidental damage and gives you peace of mind.
