Oceanfront Paradise Three-Bedroom Condo 21st Floor

🛏️The Space:

Our Newly Renovated Oceanfront Deluxe 3 Bedroom Condos are equipped with a master bedroom featuring a king bed, private bathroom and private balcony door, a second bedroom which features a queen bed and a third bedroom which has two double beds and a private angled ocean view balcony. There is an additional common bathroom located at the entrance of the condo. The living room has a sleeper sofa and also features a fully oceanfront balcony on the south corner of the Cayman Tower with an amazing panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. These units have full kitchens, including a dishwasher, basic dishware and cookware and a six person dining table. Units come with a stackable washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, HDTVs, a digital in-room safe and wireless Internet that can be accessed throughout the resort. With 1,337 square feet, these units sleep 10 people comfortably.

Beautiful view

The set up and view of the property were incredible. We appreciated being on the 21st floor to avoid the noise. Location on the beach was perfect. The pools were a bit icky with sports tape in the pool and dead baby birds around. There were multiple pools so we just switched to another location. The condo was beautiful, my ask is only to provide a few more items for preparing food and clean up. We had no paper towels or napkins with us and only one kitchen towel was provided.

We chose this property for the view, the fact it had three bedrooms and looked like it was beautifully remodeled. -It definitely delivered on the view. Views were breathtaking from both balconies. Pleanty of seating. -Bedrooms were large and loved the floor plan (bedrooms were nice and spread out from each other).- Appreciated the fan in the main bedroom, it kept things cool as that room got so warm if the curtains were open. - Liked that we had someone deliver and remove towels daily if needed (along with removing the trash).-When we called for assistance with the TV, we received the help we needed both from the Vrbo host and the Hotel maintenance. -All of the staff that we ran into throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. -Loved Ben and Jerry’s and Starbucks across the street! Room for improvement, but not dealbreakers for us:-Front door was incredibly hard to open and close-water pressure was not great and both handheld showers were not working properly -would have been nice to have a couple of sponges to clean the sink and counters (we bought some and left them under the sink) -Would have loved several more hangers in each of the bedroom closets (I believe there were only five or six in each closet)-A small broom/dustpan would have been helpful as well Overall, we had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Location/Beach was great, Unit was subpar

The location and the beach were amazing and overall the stay was great. But a list of things that weren’t so great: - The floors were constantly dirty, sandy, and sticky. - First day there, my 3 year old opened his dresser drawers and the dresser fell on him. Upon inspection, I found that if you open the drawers, it’s top heavy and will fall over. Very dangerous for children. - The wall vents were dripping water (at least I hope it was water) and we needed to lay down towels. - Bathroom towel rack and toilet paper holder fell off (by the cleaning people) and was never repaired. - One bathroom handheld shower didn’t work - TV’s would freeze or simple not work. - Day 4, we were out of towels and body soap. We asked 3 times for more. Finally, an angry man handed us a trash bag of towels, no soap. We didn’t get more soap until the next day - Day 5, second bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush. - Lastly, our cleaning lady Jackie was great. Very nice and pleasant. But a lot of the staff was unfriendly. They looked angry, were short with you, wouldn’t smile and some wouldn’t even return a nice “good morning”. I understand many of them were younger kids, but having a friendly staff that smiles, greets you, and seems happy to be there, really goes a long way for the experience of the guests.

Great Stay - Amazing View

We had a great stay. The experience was pretty much the same as a hotel, but by booking this way we had pretty much the prime location - ocean view corner on top floor. The listing is accurate and the views amazing. That is the attraction and it delivers. One thing to add is that the elevator service was great. May seem like a basic thing, but on the top floor it is important and we never waited more than thirty seconds. If I had to make any suggestions, a few extra kitchen supplies (dish soap, paper towels) would be a nice touch, and the clothes washer was quite loud but absolutely did work. Overall a great property. We’re seriously considering a return visit.
