The Space:
This unit has one queen size bed. This unit has a new and amazing cleaner

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, 3 jacuzzies, and the parking garage

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 21 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

It was a great experience

It was great being that close to the beach convent to stores. Just had problems finding which building we were to stay at. Better directions to exact location would be better. Would recommend others to stay here.

Dirty and Dated

My daughter and her husband stayed here, there were many dead bugs in the bathroom and kitchen, the hot water did not work until my son was able to reset button with a butter knife, overall dirty and ill kept, it was as though someone’s elderly family member died and it was left as is and rented, the management company was responsible but sent no one to address the issues, please think twice about renting this property.

Filthy

This was by far the filthiest place we have ever been. We literally had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies. The floors were so filthy black I wouldn’t even let my Service Dog walk on the floors until after they were mopped! Finding the building was ridiculous! 2001 S Ocean Blvd is not the correct address. The office had no one in it when we arrived, fortunately a lady walking her dog knew what was wrong and helped us. The only good thing about this place was location.

Won’t return

This property needs to be cleaned better. Dusty throughout, saw a few roaches, and the dining table was filthy along the edges. The glass table was only clean in the middle where it was clear. The black circle surrounding that center part was covered in leftovers of where others had eaten and left it greasy. The whole thing felt dirty. I didn’t even feel comfortable eating there. We went out for meals. It is NOT located at the address I was given. Finally found a condo bearing the correct address after visiting THREE buildings. It’s actually across the street from the address I was given. The condo faces a very busy street, and it's very close to the street. We had no problem with parking.

Beyond Expectations

Frankly, its a challenge to put it in words... But I'll try. The unit exceeded expectations. We were allowed to check in early(thanks again) and given access to this great place. The view from the balcony is outstanding and you are right across the street from the beach, so you never have to pay. You are literally RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM WALMART MARKET, so you can get everything you need to prepare meals. There is a laundromat on the 2nd floor. You get a living room, dining room, foyer, bedroom and bath. Alot for the price. Parking was great, never a problem.
