As you enter, a hallway leads you into the heart of the condo where the kitchen and living area come together in a bright, open layout. The kitchen is both stylish and functional, offering sleek granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and all full sized appliances including a stove with oven, mounted microwave, brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. It comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full meal. If you prefer to dine out, you will find a variety of restaurants nearby, and delivery services like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates make enjoying a meal at home just as convenient.



Just off the kitchen, the dining area features a table with seating for four, while the peninsula counter provides additional seating with bar stools, creating a great space for gathering, dining, or planning your next beach day.



Flowing seamlessly from the dining area, the living room is designed for relaxation and comfort. This space has been updated with fresh paint, new furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout. Heading back down the hallway, you will find both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has been tastefully updated and features a king sized bed, new end tables, a dresser with mirror, a smart TV, updated lighting, and a ceiling fan to keep the space cool and comfortable.



The second bedroom is equally inviting, offering two full sized beds along with a new nightstand, smart TV, console table, ceiling fan, and mirror, creating a comfortable setup for additional guests.



The condo includes two full bathrooms, both featuring shower and tub combinations with upgraded rainfall showerheads, vanity sinks with storage, mirrors, and toilets. Fresh paint and updated lighting give each space a clean, modern feel.
