This 3 Br condo is Direct oceanfront in Paradise Resort on the 4th floor with elevator access. It's renovated with new furniture and flooring. Private oceanfront balcony accessible from the Living Room and Primary Bedroom. Coastal furnished and accessorized.

Paradise Resort is located a short drive from the airport and in the midst of the bustling downtown restaurants and exciting attractions the Grand Strand has to offer. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor water attractions, delicious food and beverage possibilities.

Overall, our stay was excellent. Perfect location and amenities to accomodate our entire group. Would be nice if the bar stayed open a little later than 9, maybe at least until the pool closed, but otherwise, it was great.

Myrtle beach and the hotels on the beach there are super old and gross. We had never been to the area and didn’t know what to expect but we didn’t expect to see people outside the hotel doped up on fentanyl. There’s not enough parking in the parking terrace so you have to park off site most of the time and it wasn’t fun walking back to the room at night. The room had no soap bars for the showers and is stocked with very few towels. If I was to go back to the area I would NOT stay anywhere near this place. Much better off going to Surfside down the road. Very clean and much more family oriented and we didn’t see anyone in the fentanyl fold there.

I do not feel like this property is good for families and the owners don't put noticeable effort into the condo they own. There is an odor of weed morning, noon and night. If you are outside of the condo on the resort property, it is going to smell like weed. There is also either a DJ playing music outside or hosting a karaoke party every evening. If you do want to sit down at the beach for the day be prepared to either go to the store and purchase your own beach furniture or rent it from a third party company at the cost of 50 per day. The walls of the condo are paper thin. One evening we were forced to listen to a domestic violence situation next door and another day we had to listen to a couple very loudly enjoying their vacation. The pools are never shutdown at the resort, people are in them partying all evening which results in the water being hazy and sporadically being closed to be shocked. The showerhead in the master bathroom screeches while being used and there is not a lot of equipment in the kitchen if you actually want to use it to cook; you have a pizza cutter but no pan to cook the pizza on. The deadbolt to the door wasn't working, someone stuffed paper into the deadbolt so that the door would actually lock. If you feel like staying at this resort consider renting the room directly from the hotel, it may be cheaper.

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooked meals. The ocean views and sounds were exactly what we were looking for. The overall resort was clean, quiet, and had very nice pools, lazy river, and hot tubs. We would definitely stay at here again

Nice stay on the beach

Two family stay for a softball tournament in MB. Condo was as advertised, clean and updated. There was plenty of room for two families. Parking was very convenient which was a big surprise. VRBO is the way to go when booking a beachfront condo in MB. If you book direct through the hotel the rooms leave a lot to be desired.

Family time

We haven’t stayed in Myrtle Beach for quite some time. We were very pleased with the location of the property and how clean everything was. We were on the southern end of the beach so that was nice since we didn’t want to be in the middle of the more popular area. Everything was just as pictured in the photos and we had a wonderful time. We will defiantly stay again.

Unit was as advertised but timing was not good

We just returned from our stay in this unit on Myrtle Beach. First, I want to say that this unit was exactly as advertised. It was located on the beach with a terrific beach view. The amenities were mostly new and in terrific condition and the layout of the unit worked well. Finally, the details of the decor were thoughtfully designed and the owners had clearly take great care with the unit. Very well done. Our issue was the timing. We were there during the Memorial Day weekend and did not know that Myrtle Beach hosts National Bike Week there. I've never seen so many motorcycles in one place at one time. While that in itself would not be a problem, the issue was that they were loud, they drank too much, they revved their engines constantly and they played their music at a decibel level the US space station could hear. Also, much of the music they played was not exactly family-friendly. It made the entire weekend an obstacle course and I couldn't really relax or enjoy the time with my family. Unless this kind of environment is one you seek, I would avoid Myrtle Beach during Memorial Day weekend. Many thanks to the owners of this unit though for the care and diligence they have clearly invested in this property.
