-Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10 am. (Early Check-In/Late Check Out Unavailable)

-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.

-Non-smoking and non-vaping property (this includes balconies and common areas such as pool and stairwell)

-Drip coffee maker located in unit.

-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st.

-1 parking pass permitted.

-No golfcarts/motorcycles/trailers allowed.

-No Pets Allowed.

-Check in Information will be sent 3 days prior to check in

-NOTE-**This is a privately owned unit, guests do not have access to the onsite restaurant or bar.**

-This unit is located on the 11th floor.

-Coin operated laundry room on site.

-Daily housekeeping unavailable.

-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



***Ground floor hot tub is currently closed until further notice (October 2025)***



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Located at the Caravelle Resort, you`re on the doorstep of the area`s newest and hottest restaurants and attractions, including Restaurant Row, the SkyWheel, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, world class golf, and endless shopping. Relax along a beautiful stretch of beach and make wonderful memories!



You`ll be close to everything you need and everything you could want all while having the privacy and enjoyment of a resort to call home! WOW! And with the resort in an amazing central location close to the area`s best and newest attractions, you`ll have endless options on offer for entertainment, dining, and more!



Getting Around:

Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



CHECK-IN IS 4:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT IS 10:00 A.M. No Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Consider adding an extra night to your stay).

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

6. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
