Due South is open for breakfast, Lunch and dinner. The Turtle Bay Café is open for lunch. Starbucks is also available on-site. Hours vary based on season.

water amenities at the resort:
1 Outdoor Pool, 1 Indoor Pool, 1 Kid’s Silly Sub, 1 Water Slide, 3 Indoor Hot Tubs, 1 Outdoor Hot Tub, 1 Indoor Mushroom Kid’s Pool, 1 Indoor Lazy River (250 ft).
*All water amenities are heated except for the water slide.

pool hours:
9AM to 11PM

pool towels:
They can be checked out at the pool towel stand, but they are not allowed to be brought to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels.

-Grande Cayman is a NON-SMOKING resort (including vaping). Smoking is prohibited in the condo, on balconies, and in common spaces. You will be fined $250 for smoking.

-This condo is rented through an off-site property manager. While the customer service desk can answer resort questions, they cannot assist with in-unit concerns. You will not check-in at the front desk either.

-Before your arrival, the condo will be professionally cleaned and stocked with towels, linens, a complementary starter pack of soaps, shampoo, etc.
Mid-stay housekeeping may be arranged (for a fee) depending on the availability of the cleaner. If you booked a longer stay and wish to inquire about additional cleaning, please reach out.

-Travel insurance is recommended. We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as the availability of resort amenities, the weather, changes to your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive late, or cancel your stay.

-There is a "Step-up" to get into the condo. Those with mobility issues should take note of this.
