Great location!

Loved the location! Close to the beach, good food, shopping, and golf, if that’s your thing. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened in porch. The bedroom with two full beds was perfect for teenage boys. Kitchen seemed well stocked, even though we only used toaster and coffee maker for breakfast.

The property was spacious, beautiful, and clean. I did not like that the handle on the toilet was broken in the master bedroom. We called and spoke with the on-call person Marsha, and she stated this is not an emergency. I did not like that response. But over all a pleasant stay.

Serene escape with a dash of dust

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was beautiful. The only issues that I experienced was the cleanliness of the unit. It needs a deep cleaning. The floors need to swept and mopped. There was a lot of hair on the floors throughout the unit. The tubs needs to be disinfected and cleaned. The area rugs need to be washed. I suggest that the company does a thorough walk through behind housekeeping to ensure that the unit’s cleanliness is up to par. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: To begin a checkin time AT 4 does not work for us after driving about 7 hours. issues with the condo were : One of the recliners was broken, Garage and patio area absolutely filthy, bed in guest BR had a smell of some sort and had to move to recliner in den. Am sure the owners of this unit had done a good job with furnishings but if they want to be on rental program need to correct these issues.
