Welcome to One Particular Harbor, a comfortable beach retreat located inside the gated Myrtle Beach Resort community on the quieter south end of Myrtle Beach. This cozy condo is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway with access to fantastic resort amenities.

While the condo itself is not oceanfront, the beach is just an 8–10 minute walk through the resort, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf without sacrificing peace and quiet.

The resort offers beautiful shared outdoor spaces including pools, grilling areas, a putting green, outdoor chess, and relaxing green spaces throughout the property.

Conveniently located near Surfside Beach, Myrtle Beach State Park, The Market Common, and Broadway at the Beach, guests are close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and popular attractions while still enjoying a peaceful resort atmosphere.

⬩➤ Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times
⬩➤ Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
⬩➤ No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
⬩➤ No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted anywhere on the resort.

Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without a refund.

Parking & Gate Fees

Please note that this resort charges parking/gate fees directly to guests upon arrival:

In-Season (April–September):
Car/Truck: $10/day or $100/month
Motorcycle: $10/day or $100/month

Off-Season (October–March):
Car/Truck: $10/day or $50/month
Motorcycle: $10/day or $50/month

Motorcycle Trailer:
$15/day (daily only)

Not allowed in June, July, or August

Fees are paid at the gate or HOA office upon entry.

⬩➤ Resort amenities and common areas are maintained by the HOA and are subject to seasonal hours and availability.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
