Recently renovated, this condo has been thoughtfully refreshed with new luxury flooring, fresh paint, updated coastal décor, modern kitchen cabinets, upgraded appliances, and comfortable new furnishings throughout. The result is a bright, welcoming space that blends modern style with beachfront charm.



As you walk in, you will find the bathroom just to your right. This space is clean, bright, and thoughtfully arranged with a shower and tub combination, vanity with mirror, toilet, and hair dryer. It is a great spot to freshen up after a day on the beach or get ready before heading out to explore.



The main living area opens up into a light-filled, open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and sleeping spaces all come together naturally. The kitchen has been updated with modern cabinetry and appliances and is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. You will also find cookware, utensils, dishes, and silverware provided, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. If cooking is not on the agenda, you are within walking distance of a variety of popular restaurants, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are always available.



The living space is set up for both comfort and ease.
