”I'm a stickler about a clean environment. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room. It's the most important thing to me while staying away from home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is that a sign with an arrow and the word ice should be posted at the laundry room. I had a hard time finding the ice machine.”

”The room was very clean. The staff, especially Mateo at the front desk, was very help ful. He helped me with the WiFi and even came up to our room and closed the curtains for us. We had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again. I would recommend the courtyard Marriott in Norwich without hesitation.”

”The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again.”
