”We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. ”I was charged for an extra adult as an only traveler. I did get refunded when morning staff arrived. My first room had no remote control so when s t aff came to room to help look i found used condom wrappers behind the endtable. Second room ad remote but needed to be reset by maintenance. Shower had bar soap residue gooked to the shelf. Hairs stuck to walls of shower. No bugs. Linen clean. A/C worked. ”

”While the room looked like it was recently painted I was disappointed to discover it was for a handicapped person without any prior notice. I imagine it impacted the price of the room and perhaps made it cheaper but I would have paid more if I was offered a regular room without the open shower stall.
