”It was clean and all well but did have an awful odor after rainstorm in 213. AC took care of it … It’s very nice place not fancy but efficient and very clean . Ladies at desk were very nice and friendly. Close to Oaklawn across street. Breakfast was nice too. We stay there a lot every time in Hot Springs.”

”Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future.”

”Very, very old. The whole hotel needs an upgrade and multiple repairs. Walls in the exit stairs and ceiling in dinning area are full of humidity and with the paint hanging. Everything is extremely old, room doors, floors, carpet, furniture...There is a big difference between historic or rustic, and old or abandoned. Breakfast wasn't included in the pricy room reservation, and $45 for that breakfast buffet for two is excessive for what was offered. We also booked and appointed to get a massage at...

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”We came for the national park and found the hotel to be just far enough away from downtown to not have to hear the roar of the cars and motorcycles. Quiet/Clean and a good breakfast 10/10”

”Very nice room. Desk clerk that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. lol. Very unfriendly and short. He was also sitting out front smoking when we left. Hotel was beautiful and loved the lake view though.”
