”Such a wonderful property! 3 generation family trip, stayed in the 2-bed, 1.5-bath room. Perfect accommodations, renovated so nicely, clean clean, and felt so cozy and safe. Wonderful staff. We will be repeat visitors! ”

”The floor was so filthy our socks were black. The floor also had crumbs and animal crackers on it, the shower had hair and a bug and the blow dryer was so gross, even a bleach wipe would not clean it. We told the front desk the next morning. When we returned late that night, we had a new blow dryer, but the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned and still hair in the shower. We called, someone came up with a broom and dust pan and asked us where to clean the floor and was then going to spray a...

”The breakfast was an absolute cluster mess. Lack of food, no silverware, no plates, no napkins, no hot water, coffee was horrible if you could find a clean cup. Happy hour was a joke. The lines were horrible and again lack of food. Don’t advertise it if you can’t provide it. Our room only got cleaned one day. They charged us for parking though we did not park in their lots. That luckily was caught and removed from the bill. ”

”Very convenient across from Racetrack and Next door to Rocky's Pizza place. Staff is very nice and rooms were clean. The only issue we had was that someone had a motorcycle next to us with was very loud and they were outside of our window idling the engine for quite a while.”

”Location is great, and we love old, historic hotels. This one is showing its age, but really looking forward to see what it looks like after its renovations!”

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”Clean, comfortable, quiet and interesting historical place and very close to the National Park! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was made fresh daily by Chef April - excellent!”

”Absolutely the most magical stay, clean, comfy, secluded. The bed was incredibly comfy, kitchen came well equipped w/ coffee. Can’t say enough positive things about this gorgeous gem , Starlight Haven. We will be returning asap. ”
