”The service and amenities at this property were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast, tea time, and evening appetizers included were above expectations and we all loved watching the nightly light show on the metropolitan government building across the way from the top floor. The location was perfect as well for transportation purposes and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Tokyo in the future.”

”Very basic and tiny room but I still enjoyed my stay! Very friendly staff and great spot to explore many places in Tokyo. Maybe a bit pricey for such a basic tiny room but it’s the price for the central area I guess.”

”Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life…
Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.
Just wish the bed was a little softer…”

”Olen käynyt Keiossa vuodesta 1997, useammin kuin viereisissä Hyatteissa. Paikka on näköaloineen upea ja palvelu erinomaista. Ainoa miinus on lounge-ruokailun yksipuolisuus ja vaihtumattomuus. Lähes yksinomaan jotain makeaa, esim. ei kertaakaan sushia, joka on yleensä näiden klubipaikkojen kevyt ykkönen.
Vakava asia, joka lopettaa minun käyntini toistaiseksi, on 15 vuotta ajastaan jäljessä oleva netti. Tolkuttoman hidas ja pienenkin tauon aikana pätkivä yhteys ei ole nykyaikaa. Kaikkialla näkyy...

”The hotel is cosy and clean, room is average in size. Location is optimal next to Nishi-Shinjuku metro station. Staff is helpful. The room had a little bit of musty smell, which was a minor negative thing.”

Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan....

”This place was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even if some didn't speak English. They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. There is a beverage vending machine and unlimited serve your own alcohol available 24/7. The inside is so pretty and calming and they have a little campsite themed dining area. Our room was very nice with an area to leave your shoes, a big bath with jets, an adjustable...

”We, a family 5 with 7 & 10 yrs old girls, stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean; all mentioned amenities were available. The walkable distance to Station made our trip possible.
Our flight was at 6PM, we tried to communicate with hotel owner and cleaner to extend us from 10AM to 12AM. After their discussion, we were given the extra 2 hours to stay with no cost. This meant a lot to us. We really appreciated their consideration and generosity!
I will recommend this stay in Tokyo!”

Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan.
Our new room was good and it was cleaned spotless daily. The bed and pillows were good and tight, and tho the hotel is situated next to a railway and a bigger road for cars, the noise insolation was surprisingly good and we slept well. Nice balcony (in every room perhaps?).
The breakfast was good. The onsen was really nice, tho the men’s side was untidy in the evening. The ladies’ side was nice and tidy.
The front desk staff was great from start to finish.
Nice location just a few mins from an Oedo line metrostop. Nicely between Harajuku and Shinjuku. Easy to get to places with metro and bus. Right next to a baseball stadium, we saw a game during our stay.
Despite th start we ended up having a good time in Tokyo and this hotel. "

"In photos looks better than actually is. I had a tiny dark room and basically no day light cause the wall was so close to the window.
I booked deluxe double room.
They messed up with invoice and asked me to pay more when checking out.
Also, I agreed late check out at 1pm a day before and had ”do not disturb” sign on my door so I could sleep later but they called 11:01 and woke up me and asked when I am gonna leave.
I arrived 30min before checking in time(3pm) and they said I need to wait until it is exactly 3pm. Of course there was tens of people waiting exactly 3pm 😩 Amateurs the whole staff."
