”Hotelli on hyvä ja rauhallinen. Hyvällä paikalla heti Shinjukun aseman läheisyydessä. Suomalaisena ainoa miinus on kokolattiamatto huoneissa, mikä tuntuu oudolta jalkojen alla. ”

”I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

”We’ve stayed in many many 5 star hotels around the world. This was the probably the best! Staff was helpful and attentive. They were there to meet your every need! It was beautiful- beds comfortable. And tub and shower fantastic. I was sad to leave. ”

”Always a pleasure. This hotel is a nice way to relax in tokyo, this was my second time here. After a long Hectic day in tokyo, Its nice to put on some sauna and jacuzzi and just relax. Also the massage-socks were amazing.
Television is super-hightech with lots of good movies/Music videos/entertainment included kn room price. (No extra charge for that). Room service works Well.
There is no breakfast, But there is nice places nearby. And room service. And karaoke.

”Stayed for 9 nights with a family of 4 and our stay was fantastic. The people at the front desk were fantastic with some helpful suggestions for dinner. The rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the hotel is close to many convenience stores which have everything. Highly recommend and would stay back there when I come back to Tokyo.”

”Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life…
Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.

”This place was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even if some didn't speak English. They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. There is a beverage vending machine and unlimited serve your own alcohol available 24/7. The inside is so pretty and calming and they have a little campsite themed dining area. ”We had a rocky start at this hotel: our room was untidy when we arrived. There was food and fake eyelashes on the floor. Housekeeping came to vacuum the floor. Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan....
