”Hotelli on hyvä ja rauhallinen. Hyvällä paikalla heti Shinjukun aseman läheisyydessä. Suomalaisena ainoa miinus on kokolattiamatto huoneissa, mikä tuntuu oudolta jalkojen alla. ”
”The hotel was conveniently located near Shinjuku station making getting around easy. It was within walkable distance of everything you’d need and some of the sights around the Shinjuku area. The hotel was quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but big enough for our needs. The room was clean and tidy no issues and would I recommend a stay here and would stay again if I returned to the area. ”

”Always a pleasure. This hotel is a nice way to relax in tokyo, this was my second time here. After a long Hectic day in tokyo, Its nice to put on some sauna and jacuzzi and just relax. Also the massage-socks were amazing.
Television is super-hightech with lots of good movies/Music videos/entertainment included kn room price. (No extra charge for that). Room service works Well.
There is no breakfast, But there is nice places nearby. And room service. And karaoke.

Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.

”Olen käynyt Keiossa vuodesta 1997, useammin kuin viereisissä Hyatteissa. Paikka on näköaloineen upea ja palvelu erinomaista. Ainoa miinus on lounge-ruokailun yksipuolisuus ja vaihtumattomuus. Lähes yksinomaan jotain makeaa, esim. ei kertaakaan sushia, joka on yleensä näiden klubipaikkojen kevyt ykkönen.

”Tokyo Stay Shinjuku Eastside was the perfect place for us to explore Tokyo. The surroundings of the hotel are calm for Shinjuku but the location is great with several cafes/restaurants/konbini as well as train stations nearby. Travelling as a family, our kids were always taken into condiseration. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and as a definite plus we had a washing machine and kitchenette in the room. "We had a rocky start at this hotel: our room was untidy when we arrived. There was food and fake eyelashes on the floor. Housekeeping came to vacuum the floor. Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan.
Our new room was good and it was cleaned spotless daily. The bed and pillows were good and tight, and tho the hotel is situated next to a railway and a bigger road for cars, the noise insolation was surprisingly good and we slept well. Nice balcony (in every room perhaps?).
The breakfast was good. The onsen was really nice, tho the men’s side was untidy in the evening. The ladies’ side was nice and tidy.
The front desk staff was great from start to finish.
Nice location just a few mins from an Oedo line metrostop. Nicely between Harajuku and Shinjuku. Easy to get to places with metro and bus. Right next to a baseball stadium, we saw a game during our stay.
Despite th start we ended up having a good time in Tokyo and this hotel. "
