”Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated.”

”Located remote area far from main road. Amenities are not standard need to bring own daily use. No lighting around. No breakfast available. Far from restaurants. Room key is not safe able to open from corridor. Apart from that Elevator provided. Nice hill view. Overall not recommended to stay there. ”

”Great little hotel in the centre of Sa Pa walkable to all. Super comfy bed and pillows, Staff was very attentive and found us extra pillows! Breakfast was the normal local but they did have fried eggs for us westerner's. Umbrellas for walking in the rain too! highly recommend!”

The amenities were clean with good water pressure and the included breakfast was great with a range of hot foods, fruits, breads and made to order eggs. The spa treatments were directly across the road, would highly recommend the Edan package.”
