Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotelli on aivan keskustassa eli hotellilta pääsi nopeasti vierailemaan eri paikoissa. Ääntä kuului jonkun verran huoneeseen ulkoa. Katolla oli kiva, lämmitetty ulkoallas. Pidimme myös hotellin ravintoloista.

Gorgeous hotel with breakfast buffet, very friendly staff and great amenities. It’s not too far from the airport and was relatively central to everything. The staff were able to upgrade our room after sharing we were on our honeymoon which was very kind of them. Highly recommend Gem Forest, I would definitely go back.

"Food was good but our room and bathroom were infested with bees. We were not told that drinks at dinner time had to be paid. So it was surprising to see a check after a cup of juice. Something was hitting our walls the entire night so we could barely sleep. But the view and atmosphere were nice."

"What an amazing way to spend a couple of days in the Masai Mara, the team were super attentive and always willing to help - such a great team. The tents were of a good size and comfortable, - additionally we had a great view of the watering hole in the camp were we could watch animals freely roam ..."
