”It’s a lovely location away from the busy areas. Staff have excellent service. You can not walk anywhere outside the property. Breakfast was good. We did not get to use the infinity pool - but views from there are spectacular. ”

”Did not use the pool...the staff are friendly. buggy service from lobby to room is good as somebody is on staff at all times. Food is terrible. just go to the nearby hotel and eat.”

”Beautiful place and good condition. Noise cancelling was not true, we could hear the hallway, the community room above us and the neighbours pretty loudly. Staff often didnt speak english or misunderstood us frequently, but they were all friendly. A lot of families were there with children, i imagined it as an adult oriented resort, but if you have kids, probably this is also a good place for you. ”

”The upside Views and birdlife were amazing Room was ok decent bed and decent washroom The downside Property is not walkable at all. The steps are high, uneven, with stones sticking out and few places to hold while ascending and descending steep areas. The only restaurant is down a steep descent. Since the property is in a remote area this is the only eating option. Breakfast buffet was below average. The property overall has a rundown look to it. The entrance road is in disrepair.”

”Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. ”

”The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our whole stay very pleasant and relaxing. The Spice Tree Munnar area is truly beautiful with breathtaking views. The food was excellent and the spa treatments also deserve a special mention.”

”This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English...

”Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could.”

”The food at dinner was good. freshly cooked, home style. the stay was a dampener as the photo and other facility description seen at your website and reality is far from truth. the way you advertise the visuals (photographs of the resort) and talk about the facilities at the resort is completely a fraud. its deceptive, you fool people and lie. this is a private small guest house type facility. it is no where near a resort. the actual place and what you show in the website do not match, its a...
