Located centrally in the beautiful Etschtal in South Tyrol, the charming holiday apartment "Morgenduft" welcomes you in the Italian village of Nals/Nalles. The 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor offers a cozy living area with a high-quality double sofa bed with real mattress, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, as well as a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a safe. Washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. Thanks to controlled ventilation, the apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers.



The apartment features a balcony overlooking the village. In the shared outdoor area, a well-kept garden awaits you. Refresh yourselves in the natural swimming pool with pond area, children's area, and Kneipp section (chlorine-free), or relax on the spacious wooden terrace on a comfortable lounger and enjoy the mountain views.



The Etschtal/Valle dell’Adige offers many hiking areas, and the Meran 2000 ski area is just 18 minutes (18 km) away by car. Several restaurants, a bar, and a café are within walking distance. The nearest supermarket and a bakery are just 28 m away. Bolzano/Bozen can be reached in 18 minutes (17 km) by car.



A parking space with e-charging stations is available on the property. The pool is open seasonally from late April to early October. Bicycles can be provided.
