”The staff was especially accommodating when we first arrived. They helped to arrange transportation from the airport and gave us a wonderful tour of the entire facility. We enjoyed the massages and the yoga class. The facility is wonderfully relaxing and beautifully maintained. The only disappointing part was our departure. ”The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner. Our room areas was cleaned daily, all th3 staff are trustworthy which is reassuring. The lady who cleaned our room took pride in her job and the rooms...

”Perfect place by the Mandram beach. We had only booked 2 nights since we did not know before if we would like it. We loved it, but sadly enough it was fully booked so we could not stay on. So dont miss that! It is a lovely place with helpful and friendly staff, especially manager Kevin who helped us with lots of things. Our room was on the 2nd floor with palm tops right outside our large balcony. The restaurant is right by the beach with a fantastic view. The beach is so nice with white fluffy...
