”Our stay overall was fabulous. The hotel is very grand and very clean. The staff were amazing and very personable. They engaged with our kids. The food was amazing and the staff at food time were very nice, coming to ask if we needed anything and also the head chef came round too. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. Fantastic location as very close to airport too. Pool was great too.”
”Excellent choice for visiting Mumbai. Juhu is nicely located on the coast and all attractions and parts of the city are easily accessible by road or rail (Vile Parle station). The hotel is at the beach and the comfortable and large pool area offers a view and access to the beach with beautiful sunsets. even if a bit more expensive, the hotel seems to be in its own class in Juhu area. The airport is close but the noise does not disturb. The staff is friendly and did their utmost to make our stay...

”I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...
”The location is ideal for departures from T1 Mumbai airport and the property is in reasonably good condition with a variety of dining options. The chargeable airport dropoff differs from other hotels around who give the service for free.”
”A great hotel that was good value and in a good location. Near the airport but also in the heart of Andheri so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Proximity to the motorway was a concern but inside it was like an oasis - zero noise. Roof top terrace and pool was a bonus. ”
