”Amazing stay, we booked the sand castle room & the room was perfect, quiet, full streaming services provided, a fire place, the bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was perfect, far from an overcrowded hotel , we practically felt like we had the place to ourselves… not a far drive from the beach town & the beach … the host were friendly and extremely accommodating.. just an overall 10/10 no notes ! perfect and will definitely be returning!”

”I didn’t like anything. I was given a room that smell like a dirty ashtray. I requested to be moved since I suffer from asthma and the front desk was very nice and moved me from the second floor to the third floor with same issues. 😡😤😖”

”I love the fact that the bedrooms are comfortable and clean, the passes to get umbrellas and chairs on the beach was free. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good too. They also gave us a discount at the restaurant next-door, which was very casual and very good food. They charge for parking, which was a surprise, but when you get free umbrellas and chairs on the beach, good breakfast and all these other amenities, it makes up for it. I highly recommend...

”Hotel and room were exceptional. Clean, fresh smelling. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, only negative would be cook the bacon more, was hardly cooked. attendants for rooms were over accommodating, dropped whatever they were doing to help you. Great location, didn't have to beat traffic to go to a beach. Easy drive to Lewes and Cape Henlopen. Will be back!”
